Each session is specifically designed for you at the time of your visit.
Therapeutic Massage: Sometimes, you may simply need a therapeutic massage to relieve tension, reduce stress, or aid in recovery. I use a variety of techniques to address your body’s specific needs and promote deep relaxation and healing.
Personal Training: On other occasions, you may be focused on fitness: strengthening, range of motion, cardio/pulmonary endurance, or ergonomics. I offer one-on-one personal training tailored to your fitness level and objectives.
Health Planning & Goal Setting: if you’re looking for guidance on how to achieve your health and wellness goals, I offer dedicated sessions to assess your current lifestyle and create a Health Plan of Action!
Custom Combination Sessions: Most clients benefit from a blend of services.

What I do not offer:
I am not a Physical Therapist nor do I preform Physical Therapy. Physical Therapy requires a prescription from a Dr and a PT to evaluate. AT no time will you receive Physical Therapy in our sessions. However, I am a strong believer in Physical Therapy and would gladly refer you to an outpatient PT facility if that is what you seek.
I am not a counselor nor do I offer counseling services. At no time will you receive counseling in our sessions. However, I am a strong advocate for counseling! www.psycologytoday.com is an amazing website if you are interested in finding a counselor in your area.
